to add more background options, maybe an option to use background files already on the computer and add them to the library. I showed the program to my 14yr old dyslexic son, he found the icons easy to find once he understood what their meanings were

I would like to... suggest an idea
to add more background options, maybe an option to use background files already on the computer and add them to the library. I showed the program to my 14yr old dyslexic son, he found the icons easy to find once he understood what their meanings were. I would design a better icon set... My son loves the program and says that 'everyone should love it.. my imagination does!! '

To add custom background pictures follow these steps;
1). On the left hand side click the [Background] tab.
2). Click [More Settings].
3). In the next box have (Image) selected then click on [Load].
4). Browse to the location of the background image you want to load and open it.
5). Your new background image is now loaded, in future it is available under the [Background] tab, and select the [Customize] pull down in that section.
6). Now select if you want to have Tiled, Stretched & Cropped or Centered.

Tony...

I think your missing a step ... Step 5 should be right click on the box where it says stretched by default and choose "Refresh Background List" then the customize option will show up.
